Agnes Leung

Agnes Leung (b. 1997, Hong Kong) is a contemporary artist whose practice explores the intersection of personal narrative and visual poetry through bold acrylic compositions on canvas. Her work captures intimate moments of contemporary life with a distinctive palette and expressive brushwork that balances whimsy with emotional depth.

Leung received her Bachelor of Arts (Fine Art) from the joint programme by RMIT University and Hong Kong Art School in 2020. Since graduation, she has rapidly established herself as one of Hong Kong's most promising emerging artists, with multiple solo exhibitions and significant critical recognition.

Her artistic vision centers on translating everyday experiences into vibrant visual narratives — from the dopamine-fueled energy of urban life to quiet moments of introspection. Each canvas becomes a diary entry, rendered in color and form.
